Recycled Sterling Silver

S925 sterling silver is made from 92.5% pure silver, valued for its lasting shine, strength, and hypoallergenic properties—making it ideal for sensitive skin. It's a timeless, skin-friendly foundation for fine jewelry crafted for daily wear.

At Hermin, every component—including ear posts and clasps—is made from 100% sterling silver. Due to silver’s natural softness, slight bending during shipping or wear may occur. This is normal and can be gently adjusted by hand. Minor distortion is expected and not considered a product defect.

Vermeil & Finish

14K gold vermeil is crafted by layering 14-karat gold—composed of 58.5% pure gold—over solid sterling silver (S925). Known for its balanced tone and durability, 14K gold offers a warm, elegant finish that’s more resistant to scratches and ideal for everyday, hypoallergenic wear.

At Hermin, we select only premium vermeil with a thicker-than-standard gold layer to ensure lasting shine. Each piece is wear-tested to resist tarnishing through daily use, even during workouts or showers. While natural aging may occur, Hermin designs are made to retain color and strength far beyond typical gold-plated jewelry.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Last on, first off

Put on your jewelry after applying lotions, perfume, or hair products to avoid buildup.

Keep it dry

Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Moisture and sweat can affect both silver and gold vermeil over time.

Store it right

Use your Hermin box to protect each piece when not in use. Avoid storing silver in humid places like bathrooms.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub your jewelry with the provided polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore its shine.

Use light, even strokes and avoid washing the cloth, as it contains special cleaning agents.

A polishing cloth will be included with your order, but if you ever need an extra, just let us know — we’re happy to send more.

All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse in California or Washington within 1 - 2 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in its original packaging. To start a return, email customer@shophermin.com with your order number.

We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label for eligible orders. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
