If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@shophermin.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our return policy below.
Returns
30-Day Returns, No Fuss
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@shophermin.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We'll take care of it — no back-and-forth, no hassle.
