- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the U.S. (including all U.S. states and territories).

Shipping Costs:
- Orders over $75: Free Standard Shipping (continental U.S. only)
- Orders under $75: $6 Flat Rate Shipping (continental U.S. only)
- Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico: Additional shipping charge may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Options & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (3-8 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – additional cost calculated at checkout
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy (detailed below).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions, unfortunately, we do not allow exchange at this time:
- Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@shophermin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email customer@shophermin.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
