Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@shophermin.com.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you’ll be covered under our Return Policy below.
Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions (we do not offer exchanges at this time):

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@shophermin.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos, and we’ll make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
