1-Year Limited Warranty
At Hermin, we believe jewelry should be made to last — not just for the season, but for the years you’ll wear it with meaning. Every piece is crafted with genuine 925 sterling silver and finished with thick layers of gold vermeil or rhodium to ensure lasting shine and comfort.
What’s Covered
Your Hermin jewelry is protected by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. We’ll repair or replace, at our discretion, any piece that shows a defect in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
- Broken clasps, jump rings, or chains due to manufacturing defects
- Loose stones caused by setting faults
- Plating or coating irregularities (not normal wear)
- Posts or hinges that become detached through no misuse
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or tarnish from skin oils or chemicals)
- Damage from accidents, improper care, or storage
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party alterations or repairs
- Custom or engraved items
Please note: sterling silver may naturally develop a light patina over time — this is normal and can be gently polished or cleaned.
How to Submit a Warranty Request
- Email customer@shophermin.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1–5 business days.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for repair or replacement.
- In some cases, you may need to return the original item.
- If the same style is unavailable, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value or a store credit.
Proof of Purchase
Please keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase. Items without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Care for Longevity
Proper care helps your jewelry stay beautiful longer. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh cleaners. Store your pieces in a dry, sealed pouch when not worn — and yes, it’s safe to shower with them, but a little extra care goes a long way.
Lifetime Repair Program
Even after your warranty period ends, we want your Hermin jewelry to stay with you for years to come. For repairs outside warranty coverage, our team can assist with lifetime repair services at a reasonable fee.
