Warranty Policy
A. Products Covered Under This Warranty
This warranty applies to jewelry (“Jewelry”) purchased directly from Hermin and is limited as set forth below. It does not cover any products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party platforms.
B. Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Hermin warrants that Jewelry, as delivered in its original packaging, will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for its reasonable lifetime.
- "Lifetime" refers to the natural lifespan of the materials and components, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
- This warranty is voided if the Jewelry is used or worn in a way inconsistent with its intended design or if proper care instructions are not followed.
- Hermin reserves the right to deny any warranty claims that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be dishonest or fraudulent.
C. What’s Covered?
✅ Manufacturing defects, including:
- Loose or missing stones due to improper setting
- Malfunctioning clasps, chains, or closures caused by production flaws
D. What’s Not Covered?
❌ Normal wear and tear, including:
- Scratches, dents, tarnishing, and fading from regular use
- Damage due to improper care, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals
- Misshapen bands, kinked chains, or scuffs from normal handling
❌ Loss or theft of any jewelry or parts
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
❌ Damage caused by abuse, modification, or tampering
❌ Irregularities in craftsmanship and natural inclusions in gemstones, which contribute to the uniqueness of each piece
E. Remedies for Defects
If a valid claim is made under this warranty, Hermin will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the Jewelry
- Replace the Jewelry (if the same item is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be offered)
- Issue a refund or store credit
Hermin does not guarantee an exact replacement for discontinued or unavailable styles.
F. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

Email us at customer@shophermin.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
- If a return is required, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for approved claims.
⚠️ Do not ship your Jewelry until you receive return instructions and a shipping label from us.
If a claim is denied after physical inspection, we may return the item to you in its current condition at your expense.
G. Updates to This Warranty
Hermin reserves the right to update or modify this warranty at any time. However, the version of the warranty that applies to your Jewelry will be the one that was in effect at the time of purchase.
